The Pillars of Character Counts
Jefferson Youth Lacrosse (JYL) expects all players and family members to abide by the JYL objectives of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty and clean fun, all in a safe and secure environment. JYL will adhere to the principals of Character Counts.
The following are the Six Pillars of Character Counts. In JYL, we value these principles for all involved, including but not limited to Children of the Program, Parents, Siblings and all Spectators at our events. We ask that you please review and abide by the following with a goal of a successful youth sports program. JYL is also asking that adherence applies in all situations related to the league, including but not limited to games, practices, JYL events and any forms of communication including Social Media. Failure to comply is subject to penalties as determined by the JYL Board, including partial to full suspension from the program. Below we ask that both the Child of the program and the Parent/Sponsor review and abide by the Six Pillars of Character Counts.
