Little Laxers (PreK & K)
Our Pre-K/Kindergarten Lacrosse Program is designed to introduce young children to the exciting world of lacrosse in a fun and engaging way. Through age-appropriate drills and activities, children will develop fundamental skills such as hand-eye coordination, basic ball handling, teamwork, and spatial awareness—all while having fun and making new friends!
Using soft, lightweight equipment and a supportive, non-competitive environment, our experienced instructors focus on building confidence and fostering a love for the sport. Activities are designed to be playful and interactive, ensuring that each child is engaged while learning the basic concepts of lacrosse, including cradling, passing, and shooting.
Our program promotes physical activity, balance, and agility, while encouraging positive social interactions and sportsmanship. Whether your child is new to lacrosse or has some experience, they’ll enjoy the dynamic lessons that promote motor skills, cooperation, and a sense of accomplishment.

Ages
Pre-K and Kindergarten boys and girls. No experience required.
When
Season will start early spring. Once you sign up your coaches will reach out with a schedule via the crossbar app.
Where
Practices will typically be held at Chamberlain Fields located within the Waters Edge development.
Practices
The team will practice once a week for approximately one hour. The practices will be held on Friday evenings with a start time of 6 pm.
Games
No games will be played as this is instructional and fun in nature. Looking to grow the sport within the Jefferson community.
Jerseys
No specific jersey or uniform is required. Recommended clothing is shorts/tshirts, or other weather appropriate attire. Cleats are recommended but not required.
